The SAULARA villa is a contemporary and modern accommodation, accessible to people with reduced mobility, with luxury equipment as well as an indoor swimming pool heated all year round, allowing you to spend pleasant moments despite uncertain weather.
Ideally located on the edge of the pine forest bordering the coast, set back from the road and 900 meters from La Terrière beach, a recognized and supervised surf spot, perfect for families.
It is very easy to get there on foot through the forest or by bike.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, friendly and bright living room with its large lounge and comfortable sofas, a large dining table overlooking the swimming pool, and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.
On the same level, the master suite is adapted for people with reduced mobility with a double bed and its bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with 4 beds in two bunk beds, as well as a shower room and a second separate toilet.

From the living room, the large bay window provides access to a large and beautiful terrace with a view of the forest.
